清晰的犯罪定义
刑事犯罪的定义是根据美国刑法.S. 司法部，联邦调查局国家事件报告系统. 为符合34 CFR 668的规定.41,and incident meeting these definitions is considered a crime for the purpose of Clery行为 reporting.
